• Use Linkevate for unlawful or prohibited activities
• Attempt to access, scrape, or modify data from LinkedIn or other third-party platforms via Linkevate
• Use automated scripts or bots outside the platform's intended design
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with any part of the software

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only information provided during sign-up and usage analytics within the Linkevate platform. We do not access your LinkedIn account, credentials, or any LinkedIn content or activity. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Subscription and Billing

Linkevate operates on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. You agree to pay all associated fees. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Linkevate are the property of the company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the platform without express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Linkevate at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Linkevate is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law
